Let’s Not Butt Heads

Big Horn Sheep beside Going to the Sun Road – Glacier National Park

We know you’re ready for the next installment of our West by Northwest journey, but we have our heads down and we’re “rammin‘” the gears on Ruby as we head for home. Easin’ Along will return within a couple of weeks, so, hang in there and please check your mailbox for the next chapter.

We’re blessed and so grateful to have everyone Easin’ Along with us, and we have many more stories and pictures to share. See you soon from the road less traveled.

  1. Safe travels you two, and I look forward to hearing about the rest of your excursion. Can’t believe we’re in the tail stretch of summer.

    1. Well, hello!
I was afraid you had left the blogosphere, never to return, and leave the rest of us with no pictures from Ingrid. Great to hear from you, and I hope you have had a very relaxing time in your summer place. We are well into planning next winter’s trip and Lost Dutchman and/or Phoenix are on the itinerary. Please stay in touch! Best to Al! Joe

    1. Hi, Donna,
I consider that a very kind compliment! Thanks! When we woke up and realized we had three weeks to go, we tried to do it all–blogging time was hard to come by. Please stay with us and we’ll take you to Glacier National Park next. We are busy, but still feel blessed that we have this opportunity. Have a great weekend! Looking forward to your next plate and everything on it! Joe

  2. Honestly, Joe, I don’t know how you keep up as well as you do on your posts. (I freely admit that I don’t have the stamina to post when we’re on the road). Enjoy your adventures, travel safely and I’ll look forward to continuing your trip with you after you and Helen catch your breath – and catch up on your sleep, your laundry, your mail . . .

    1. Good morning, Mary,
Obviously, you are quite familiar with RV travel. We haven’t had any trouble sleeping, and laundry is fairly easy to do on military campgrounds (great laundry rooms), but, we have four months of mail waiting on us back un Knoxville (ugh!). Nevertheless, I’m about a month behind in posting our activities and pictures. I look forward to sharing them so, please come back. Great to hear from you! Joe

  3. Blogging is a great way to record memories and to share your adventures…but living the experiences and enjoying them to the fullest is even more important! We look forward to reading about your travels and seeing your beautiful photos when you have time to share them. Meanwhile, safe travels, and enjoy the journey!

    1. Hi, Laurel,
I enjoy the process of blogging–writing the post, editing the pictures, etc., but it’s easy to get behind, and I’m a month behind now. We should be back in Knoxville within a week, and, after I tend to a few details, I’ll be ready to relive some more of the memories. I assume you and Eric are somewhere in NC with your feet up and a cold beverage in hand. Enjoy, and know I can’t wait to read all about it! Joe
